Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Youth Career Advisor to support 16–24 year olds in Las Vegas, NV. You will coach individuals, assess interests, and help them plan career paths while coordinating services and documentation under grant funding.

You will build relationships, deliver workshops, track progress, and collaborate with schools and management to ensure successful outcomes and compliant reporting. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking and content development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare and/or communications and/or a combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build client relationships to aid in eliminating employment barriers and coordinate individualized plans.
• Empower at-risk youth to explore options and build skills for future success.
• Provide case management and follow-up with participants per contract and funding requirements.
• Lead and facilitate professional development workshops and orientations.
• Maintain a detailed client database and complete enrollment documentation.
• Document all participant contacts and activities in case notes and ensure post-placement contacts as required.
