Description

We are seeking a part-time casual career coach based in Phoenix, AZ to support our relocation and/or outplacement solutions. The role involves supporting employees and their families as they acclimate to new cities and find employment, as well as assisting employees in finding new career opportunities through outplacement services.

The Coach will work in a 1:1 capacity with employees of our client companies who are relocating or seeking new employment, supporting them through IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodologies. The role also includes supporting spouses or partners of relocating employees with job search assistance.

This is a part-time, casual, remote position, approximately 15-20 hours per week, with hours varying based on availability.

Location

US-based, in Arizona only:

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve goals
• Guide employees through coaching processes and milestones
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and options
• Maintain electronic records of services provided
• Monitor progress and address personal issues affecting careers

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, including resume development, interview prep, career exploration, and social media profiles
• Residency in the Phoenix, AZ area with knowledge of local job market
• Experience with virtual coaching
• Experience navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Technologically savvy, with high-speed internet and a headset with microphone

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in human behavior, business, or related field (preferred)
• Coaching certification or training (highly regarded)
• Personal relocation experience to a different city or country
