Description

We are seeking a part-time casual career coach based in Phoenix, AZ to support relocation and outplacement services. Responsibilities include assisting employees and their spouses/families with relocation and job search efforts, using IMPACT Group's coaching methodology and technology. The role involves working 1:1 with clients, providing guidance on career development, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and negotiation.

This is a remote, part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week, with hours varying and no guaranteed schedule.

Location

US-based, in Arizona only:

• Establish rapport and motivate clients
• Guide clients through coaching processes and milestones
• Advise on career development and transition issues
• Support clients with resume writing, personal branding, LinkedIn, interview prep, and negotiations
• Maintain electronic records of client interactions
• Monitor progress and address personal issues affecting careers

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy or career coaching across various industries and levels
• Reside in Phoenix, AZ, with knowledge of local job market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with virtual coaching
• Familiarity with navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Technologically savvy with high-speed internet, headset, and computer

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in human behavior, business, or related field (preferred)
• Coaching certification or training (highly regarded)
• Personal relocation experience (a plus)
