We have an opening for a part-time, casual career coach based in Phoenix, AZ, to support our relocation and/or outplacement solutions. Relocation services include supporting employees and their spouses/families as they acclimate to new cities and assisting spouses/partners with employment search. Outplacement services involve working with employees to find new career opportunities.
The coach works one-on-one with employees of our client companies who are relocating or seeking new employment in the area. The coach utilizes IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology and also supports spouses or partners of relocating employees with job search assistance.
This position is part-time, casual (hours vary), remote, approximately 15-20 hours per week, with no guaranteed hours.
Location is US-based, in Arizona only:
Minimum three years of experience in delivering job search strategy and career coaching to individuals across various industries and levels, including resume development, interview prep, career exploration, LinkedIn profiles, and other social media platforms.
