Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation, social work or social service-related field preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of the practices and techniques of a professional field.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate employment readiness workshops and recruit area employers.
• Develop internship and community service openings for clients; maintain a job bank for referrals.
• Provide placement referrals and retention services to clients identified as job-ready.
• Maintain documentation and case notes using basic software/ computer skills.
• Coordinate with WIBs, Workforce One Centers, and state agencies on placement goals.
• Monitor attendance and progress of workshop clients; encourage engagement.
