Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience helping individuals with barriers to employment.
• Ability to travel within Goodwill territory.
• Proficiency in data entry and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Input and update participant data within 24 hours of contact.
• Conduct individual assessments to identify barriers and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized service plans.
• Assist with resume writing and interview preparation.
• Facilitate employment-related classes and job search strategies.
• Maintain relationships with local employers and coordinate services.
• Conduct follow-up calls for 90 days after placement.
