You will track progress, maintain records, and collaborate with local partners to advocate for participants and expand job opportunities in the West Texas community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Help job seekers and employees identify goals, build skills, create resumes, and prepare for employment opportunities.
• Develop Individualized Employment Plans to move clients forward.
• Connect people with resources, training, employers, and community partners.
• Keep accurate records and track outcomes to measure impact.
• Build relationships with employers and community organizations to open doors for participants.
• Represent Goodwill West Texas in the community and advocate for those served.
