You will work directly with individuals to understand skills, goals and barriers, and link them to resources that support successful employment.

The role includes workshop facilitation, outreach, and collaboration with partners to deliver employment plans and navigate job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant post-secondary education or certifications may count toward core competencies.
• Experience in workforce development or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage job seekers to identify skills, goals, and barriers.
• Provide coaching, resume development, and interview prep.
• Coordinate with partners to connect resources and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and assist with job searches and applications.
• Support employer engagement and labor market information sharing.
