Job summary

The role collaborates with clients, employers, training providers, and community partners to address barriers and support successful workforce outcomes, including youth-focused caseloads and adherence to program guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in workforce development, career counseling, or human services preferred.
• Ability to coach and guide job seekers through career planning and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Assess job seeker strengths, skills, interests, and barriers to employment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to support job seeker success.
• Motivate and support individuals through periods of change and transition.
