Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (preferred).
• Experience working with students with disabilities, especially in transition or employment services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Knowledge of transition practices or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Guide students in exploring career options and preparing for post-secondary education.
• Collaborate with schools, VRS, and staff to identify eligible students and create work-based learning.
• Connect students and families with resources, including benefits planning and community services.
• Track and report student progress with accurate data collection.
• Participate in team meetings and support school staff with training.
