The role focuses on placing participants with local businesses, building community partnerships, and advocating for individuals in collaboration with families and service providers. Weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with common software.
• Proficient with Windows applications and Google Drive.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for serving individuals with disabilities and providing employment options.
• Strong relationship-building, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with employers to place participants in roles that match abilities.
• Build partnerships with local businesses to create job opportunities.
• Develop community worksites and prepare meetings and trainings.
• Advocate for participants with families, case managers, and service providers.
• Occasionally provide transportation and promote other transport options.
• Help individuals with developmental disabilities lead fulfilling lives through meaningful work.
