Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work split shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of issues affecting people with disabilities.
• Experience with software packages including Microsoft Office.
• Access to transportation and required insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with participants at their work site.
• Help participants learn punctuality, appropriate dress, and following directions.
• Provide on-the-job support and progressively fade direct assistance.
• Occasionally transport participants to work and assist with transportation options.
