Job summary

You will provide one-on-one coaching, assist with resumes and applications, and build local employer partnerships. This full-time role requires strong communication, time management, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and patience with individuals seeking employment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Experience with people with disabilities or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and guidance to clients seeking employment.
• Assist clients with resume building, job applications, and interviews.
• Make employer connections in the community through individualized job development.
• Support clients on job sites, providing hands-on training.
• Help clients develop workplace readiness skills, including communication, time management, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure successful job placements and retention.
• Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation.
