You will connect clients with competitive employment, train job-search skills, and build strong employer partnerships in the local community.

The role requires extensive local travel and flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience providing employment services.
• Preferably an associate or bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career planning, vocational counseling, job placement, and retention services.
• Develop relationships with local employers and deliver employer services for competitive, integrated employment.
• Teach job-search, interviewing, workplace-readiness, and retention skills through coaching and activities.
• Travel extensively within the community to conduct job development and employment-support activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with standards and background checks.
