Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ aptitudes, interests, values and transferable skills.
• Coordinate with employment specialists, job developers and HR to align efforts.
• Identify vacancies matching client profiles and assist with applications and interviews.
• Advocate for reasonable workplace accommodations and remove barriers.
• Provide ongoing training through workshops on soft skills, tech use, and job readiness.
