Job summary

Firefly is seeking a Program Coordinator in Missouri to oversee and coordinate operations for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will develop ISPs, supervise staff, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating medical care to promote wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in Developmental Disabilities.
• Experience coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) with measurable outcomes.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring alignment with written plans.
• Conduct quarterly records and therapy reviews to keep documentation current.
• Visit and monitor ISL status weekly to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Manage client profiles and annual ISL budgets, tracking variances.
