Favarh is hiring a Career Coach to support our transitional services program for young adults with I/DD. The role involves coaching, scheduling, and coordinating accommodations to help individuals prepare for competitive employment through site-based internships and ISP-driven supports.

As part of Transitional Services, you will work a 5-day week with some evenings or weekends as needed, reporting to the Competitive Employment Coordinator.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a model Favarh employee while performing duties and responsibilities and in the presence of individuals, their families, job sites and the Favarh community.
• Provide and create any accommodation needed for the individuals.
• Provides proactive coaching and guidance to job site staff, individuals and visitors daily.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills that enhance communication between individuals, staff, and coworkers.
• Monitors and records individuals progress through Therap ISP Data entries prior to departing site.
