Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one training and education to a caseload of individuals in their workplace.
• Offer prompts and support to encourage skill development and independence.
• Monitor and report progress, challenges, and work performance.
• Help individuals set and achieve goals and overcome barriers.
• Assist clients in communicating with employers and coworkers.
• Develop positive social, work, and life skills.
• Understand clients' interests, skills, and goals to tailor support.
• Provide job search assistance and interview prep if needed.
