Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc is seeking a Job Coach to help individuals supported maintain paid employment in integrated settings. The role may be part-time through part-time hours or full-time with additional hours available.

The position requires facilitating workplace supports and ongoing training to enhance job success and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with employment placement, coaching on work ethics and conduct, and possibly transporting participants to work sites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist service members in developing workplace supports for competitive employment.
• Provide ongoing training and supports in work ethics, conduct, and performance.
• Support service members in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment.
• May transport service recipients to and from employment sites as assigned.
