Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc in Lebanon, TN seeks a Job Coach to help individuals supported maintain paid employment in integrated business settings. The position serves 1 member with Monday–Friday duties; additional hours may be available and the role can become full-time.

Automatic increases at 6 months and 1 year, plus annual performance pay, accompany a comprehensive benefits package. 30+ hours per week qualify for benefits; 40 hours qualify for PTO.

Qualifications

• Background and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license required; High School Diploma required.
• CPR and/or First Aid Certification preferred.
• Medication Administration Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Job Coach assisting service members in the development of workplace supports to assure the best possible opportunity for successful competitive employment.
• Provide on-going training and supports to service recipients in work ethics, conduct, and performance.
• Support service members in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment.
• May be responsible for transporting service recipients to and from employment sites as assigned.
