C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Career Center Supervisor to oversee daily career-center operations and related workforce programs in Abilene, TX. You will manage staff deployment, monitor customer flow, and drive service improvements using performance data.

The role requires strong leadership, data-analysis skills, and the ability to develop staff while maintaining excellent customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred in this community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree required; relevant fields preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Career Center and related workforce programs.
• Informs Manager of customer flow and recommends staff allocation for timely service.
• Analyze performance data to drive process and service improvements.
• Assess staff for development and provide training to maintain high customer-service standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
