Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking and content development

Responsibilities

• Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in eliminating challenges that hinder employment
• Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up
• Conduct new customer orientation and ensure documentation is completed
• Facilitate all professional development workshops
• Maintain organized database of clients with detailed documentation
• Ensure participants follow through with planned activities as outlined in contract
• Provide referrals to community or social services when needed
• Document all participant contacts and activities in case notes
• Create solutions to participant attendance problems
• Assist in preparation of project reports as needed
• Manage programs and coordination of workshops and placement data
• Coordinate job preparation workshops to ensure effective curriculum and clear next steps
• Identify available jobs and required qualifications with the business services team
