Job Description
- Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in eliminating challenges that hinder employment, including assessment, individualized attention, and coordination.
- Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
- Conduct new customer orientations.
- Ensure positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract.
- Collaborate with schools, account managers, and management to complete necessary documentation.
- Facilitate all professional development workshops.
- Maintain an organized client database and detailed contact documentation.
- Ensure participants follow through with planned activities as outlined in funding contracts.
- Provide individualized assessments and referrals to community or social services when needed.
- Complete required enrollment documentation accurately.
- Document all participant contacts and activities in case notes, including post-placement contacts as required.
- Address participant attendance issues and develop solutions.
- Assist in preparing project reports related to participation and placement.
- Manage programs, including workshops, grant issuance, and data collection.
- Oversee program offerings to ensure high-quality, business-driven curricula and clear next steps for participants.
- Collaborate with the business services team to identify job opportunities, qualifications, and suitable training programs.
- Develop and maintain communication plans to keep staff informed of operational issues.
- Participate in training, capacity building, and professional development activities.
- Work with leadership to identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Provide operational support and coverage as needed.
- Assist with intake services and compliance standards.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
- At least two years of experience in career advisement, workshop facilitation, workforce curriculum development, public speaking, or content development.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of various occupations and career paths, preferably including healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, healthcare, or communications.
- Customer service experience.
