You will collaborate with educational institutions, employers and community resources, provide coaching, run workshops on resumes and interviews, and track progress with detailed records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in career counseling, workforce development, or related area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and employment databases.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' career goals, skills, and educational backgrounds to develop individualized advancement plans.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and counseling to help clients identify opportunities for skill development, certifications, and job placements.
• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with employers, training providers, and community organizations to expand resources available to clients.
• Track client progress and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed to ensure continuous career development and successful employment transitions.
