You will nurture prospective and enrolled students to improve enrollment, persistence, completion and career readiness, provide remote advising, and support degree planning using Student Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• One year of related work experience.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio systems.

Responsibilities

• Nurture leads and prospects to optimize enrollment and matriculation.
• Advise students remotely and in person on degree plans and requirements.
• Provide coaching to improve enrollment, persistence, completion, and career readiness.
• Coordinate with the StudentSuccess Center and relevant offices to deliver advising services.
• Maintain accurate records of advising contacts and progress toward degrees.
