Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience; or Master's degree.
• Strong computer skills in electronic file management, word processing, database management, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise students regarding policies, programs of study, and academic plans.
• Proactively manage a caseload of students, document information, and maintain records.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings regularly.
• Monitor academic progress and assist students in making informed academic decisions.
• Participate in recruitment activities and student orientation events.
