Nebraska Medicine is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate a patient-centered, interdisciplinary care plan in an acute inpatient setting. You will collaborate with internal and external care providers to ensure seamless discharge or post-acute treatment planning.

The role requires a BSN, Nebraska RN license (or compact state), and strong communication and clinical judgment. BLS certification is required; ideal candidates have experience with discharge workflows and interdisciplinary

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
Current Nebraska RN license or compact state license.
Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to prioritize and make independent clinical judgments.
Experience with basic patient care equipment and procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Mansioni
