Home Instead Abilene is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Training Coordinator to attract compassionate candidates, guide them through hiring, and ensure all new team members receive onboarding and training to provide exceptional senior care. You will develop recruiting strategies, manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records while supporting caregiver engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Create and manage job postings; screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and training; maintain training calendar and materials.
• Facilitate monthly trainings and quarterly team meetings; track completion.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate professionally with candidates and office staff.
