Senior Helpers - Scharfeld Parent is seeking a Care Team Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, hiring, and client coordination. The role focuses on ensuring timely coverage, maintaining schedules, and providing excellent client and family communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service or staffing, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced home care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in staffing/scheduling/logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of home care/healthcare staffing preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Team player with excellent client interaction skills and ability to multi-task.
• Experience using telephones with multiple lines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages workload based on goals and priorities.
• Selects, hires, schedules, and coordinates caregivers based on care plans and client information.
• Maintains scheduling accuracy and communicates changes to clients and staff.
• Tracks scheduling changes in company software and responds to emergencies.
• Coordinates back-fill for tardiness or absences and acts as point of contact for client families.
