Job summary

Elara Caring in Michigan is seeking a Coordination Team Lead for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm role at our Bigham Farms branch. You will help guide a care team to deliver the right care at the right time and location, supporting patients and families across a growing home health organization serving 65,000+ patients nationwide.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of healthcare experience, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, strong computer and communication skills, and

What is Required?
