Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Laurel Dene to lead by example, delivering high-quality care and supporting residents and the care team. The role emphasizes compassionate leadership and hands-on involvement in daily living activities.

You will oversee medication administration, coordinate with families and healthcare professionals, and ensure a warm, home-like environment where residents feel at home. Training up to QCF Level 5 is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months right to work in the UK
• Must have experience working in a senior role in care
• Must have experience with medication administration
• QCF Level 3 (or above)
• 48 hours per week (day shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends
