Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant for Agincourt Care Home in Weymouth. The role requires a compassionate, confident team player capable of leading care delivery and supporting residents with dignity and independence.

Night shifts run from 8pm to 8am, with flexibility for weekend work. Training up to QCF Level 5 is funded, and benefits include pension, on-demand pay, and refer-a-friend scheme. Applicants must have Level 2 Health & Social Care or be working towards Level 3.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.

We are looking for

• Bank Night Senior Care Assistant role, for this role you must have the flexibility to work night and weekend shifts as and when required
• Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am
