This is a full-time role with after-hours coverage and a focus on person-centered care, team development, and compassionate service delivery within a home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a group home with supervisory experience.
• Understanding of person-centered care for individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and define roles; ensure team alignment with vision.
• Communicate expectations and provide regular feedback; resolve concerns.
• Direct daily staff operations to ensure quality of care.
• Provide hands-on guidance for person-centered care and individualized service plans.
• Supervise and schedule direct care staff; manage performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe operation of the home.
