Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred in Business, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB screenings where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home to meet financial, operational, and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Maintain staffing schedules and staff development.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the home.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support health and well-being.
• Maintain communication with guardians, medical providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Attend meetings, appointments, and community activities as needed.
• Monitor documentation, medication administration, and program compliance.
