Beacon Specialized Living seeks a Care Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential home supporting individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSPs, coach staff, ensure safety and quality of care, and collaborate with regional leadership while maintaining a positive home environment.

Qualifications

Experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, or residential services preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities

Lead and support DSPs and residential staff.
Oversee daily home operations.
Ensure care aligned with individual plans.
Coach, train, and provide feedback.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, retention.
Ensure accurate, timely documentation.
Monitor policy and state regulation compliance.
Support medication administration and health/safety.
Address concerns and escalate as needed.
Build relationships with individuals, families and partners.
Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming home.
Attend meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement.
Be a hands-on leader when needed.
