Beacon Specialized Living seeks a Care Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential home supporting individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSPs, coach staff, ensure safety and quality of care, and collaborate with regional leadership while maintaining a positive home environment.

The role offers a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced 24/7 residential setting with responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and compliance to care

Qualifications

• Experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, or residential services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support DSPs and residential staff.
• Oversee daily home operations.
• Ensure care aligned with individual plans.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, retention.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Monitor policy and state regulation compliance.
• Support medication administration and health/safety.
• Address concerns and escalate as needed.
• Build relationships with individuals, families and partners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming home.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement.
• Be a hands-on leader when needed.
