Wasatch Behavioral Health is hiring a Part-Time Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) for Westpark Family Clinic in Provo, Utah. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking behavioral health services, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining charts with HIPAA compliance. Spanish speaking is preferred and may qualify for a wage increase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of clerical or secretarial experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer and multitasking skills.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, families, and visitors with exceptional customer service and create a welcoming first impression.
• Manage incoming phone calls, answer questions, and direct calls to appropriate team members.
• Make preliminary assessments of client needs to determine urgency and connect to appropriate services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while maintaining provider calendars.
• Process client payments, respond to billing questions, and assist with insurance authorizations as needed.
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate client charts and electronic health records, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
