Job summary

Asilinge LLC, d.b.a. an independently owned Home Instead franchise is hiring a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator in Charlottesville. The role will recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage Care Professionals to deliver high-quality elder care services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related business experience or equivalent education or combination thereof.
• HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the senior care industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Availability to work evenings or weekends as required.
• Organized, professional and able to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Reflect the core values of Asilinge LLC, d.b.a. a Home Instead franchise.
• Answer employment inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies online and in the community.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews professionally.
• Perform background checks and drug screens on all Care Professionals.
• Maintain employment records (I-9, W-4, etc.).
• Schedule and conduct orientation and training for Care Professionals.
• Develop engagement strategies to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate schedules with the Scheduling Department to create high-quality matches.
• Monitor and log client and Care Professional activity in the software system.
• Prepare and publish monthly newsletters.
• Ensure orientation and training materials are up to date.
• Plan and execute Care Professional meetings and supervise regular performance conversations.
• Ensure compliance with local/federal labor and safety laws.
• Maintain regular office attendance to fulfill responsibilities.
• Communicate openly with franchise owner, colleagues, Care Professionals, clients and families.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold ethics.
