Paycom Akron seeks a Staffing Coordinator (Scheduler) to manage and optimize staff schedules across all shifts, ensuring adequate coverage while complying with labor regulations and budget constraints.

You will collaborate with nursing supervisors, department heads, and HR to address scheduling requests, absences, and shortages, maintaining accurate records and supporting onboarding and on-call staffing as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in staffing, scheduling, or administration in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software and EHR systems encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules across all shifts, including weekends.
• Coordinate with department heads, nurses, and HR for staffing needs and changes.
• Monitor attendance, absences, overtime, and compliance with laws and policies.
