Job summary

No Worries Care Portland is looking for compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in the Tigard area. You will provide one-on-one personal care and assist with daily activities to help clients live safely with dignity and independence.

Experience is preferred, with CNA or HCA certification favored, though we consider motivated candidates who are willing to obtain it. Immediate start and flexible full-time/part-time options available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space.
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
