Qualifications

• 2+ years in caregiver scheduling or care coordination.
• Hands-on experience caring for seniors.
• CNA certification in Kansas or Missouri.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and computers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage.
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs.
• Identify and resolve scheduling gaps and conflicts.
• Provide non-medical personal care when shifts are short.
• Assist field staff with client routines and mobility.
• Conduct caregiver introductions and visits.
• Build relationships with caregivers, clients, and families.
