Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead in Appleton is seeking a Scheduler - Staff Coordinator who enjoys solving puzzles and helping others. The role focuses on creating great matches between Care Pros and clients and requires strong computer and communication skills in a fully in-person Appleton office.

Ideal candidates bring administrative, customer service, or call center experience and are comfortable with problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and maintenance of client and Caregiver schedules with emphasis on high-quality matches
• Operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple projects
• Negotiate availability and shift assignments with Caregivers
• Coordinate with Recruitment and Engagement Manager on concerns regarding assignments and hours
• Monitor Caregiver service hours to limit overtime pay
• Log activity accurately in the database
• Increase client loyalty by consulting with clients to meet needs
• Identify opportunities to increase client service hours
• Participate in Caregiver, Admin and other meetings as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
