Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is seeking a Scheduler - Staff Coordinator in Appleton, WI. This in-person role focuses on creating strong matches between Care Pros and clients and requires comfort with computers, problem solving, and phone communication.

The Scheduler works closely with the Recruitment and Engagement Manager to address concerns about caregiver assignments, hours, and availability, ensuring client needs are met and service quality remains high.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and maintenance of client and Caregiver schedules, focusing on high-quality matches.
• Operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Negotiate availability and shift assignments with Caregivers.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Engagement Manager on concerns about assignments and hours.
• Monitor Caregiver service hours to limit overtime pay.
• Use independent judgment to solve caregiver, client, and staffing issues.
• Accurately log activity in the database.
• Increase client service hours through proactive planning.
• Attend Caregiver, Admin, and other meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
