Responsibilities

• Schedule client and Caregiver appointments to create high-quality matches
• Handle fast-paced and multi-project environment
• Negotiate availability and shift assignments with Caregivers
• Coordinate with Recruitment and Engagement Manager on caregiver concerns
• Monitor caregiver service hours to control overtime
• Use independent judgment to solve problems for caregivers, clients and staffing
• Log activity accurately in the database
• Increase client loyalty by understanding and meeting needs
• Identify opportunities to expand client service hours
• Attend Caregiver, Admin and other meetings as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
