Right at Home Mid-Ohio Valley is seeking a Scheduler to support our office team in Marietta, OH. You will coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure client coverage while matching caregivers to clients effectively.

You will communicate with caregivers, clients, and the office staff, quickly resolving changes and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role includes participating in an on-call rotation and thriving in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling caregivers or similar in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage.
• Create strong caregiver/client matches.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and the office team.
• Quickly solve call-offs and scheduling changes.
• Monitor the live schedule and assist with daily office operations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal hours.
