Job summary

Engyj is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate client and caregiver shifts across designated areas. The role emphasizes professional communication with Care Managers, Clients, Caregivers, and office staff.

The Scheduler reports to Directors and participates in regular meetings, with goals to maintain excellent scheduling accessibility and customer service. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy fast-paced work with daily calls.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client schedules with Care Managers.
• Establish caregiver work schedules with Education Coordinator.
• Ensure shifts are covered end of day and weekends.
• Collaborate to cover open shifts before leaving.
• Communicate with On Call Managers for turnover.
• Address alerts promptly in your area.
• Answer calls professionally and greet visitors.
