Job summary

The Wealshire in Medina, MN, is seeking dedicated care providers to join a dementia-focused team. This year-round role offers starting pay of $22 per hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and training opportunities to pursue CNAs.

No prior experience is required; we will train and reimburse schooling toward CNA certification. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement up to $4,000, and holiday pay while supporting residents with compassionate, high-quality care.

Starting pay: $22 per hour

The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities.

The Wealshire is looking to employ qualified and dedicatedcare providers in Medina.

Hours: 5:45 AM-2:00 PM, 1:45 PM-10:00 PM, and 9:45 PM-6:00 AM

No experience required - we will train and reimburse youfor your schooling if you desire to become a CNA.
