Westmont Living in Chula Vista seeks a compassionate CAREGIVER to assist residents with activities of daily living, meals, personal care and daily care routines in a warm, home-like setting.

The role requires weekend work, attentiveness to safety, and reporting any changes to the supervisor. Benefits include daily pay, paid holidays, 401K match, tuition assistance, life insurance, and ongoing training.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals and personal care (showering, toileting, dressing, incontinence care) as per the resident service plan.
• Keep environment safe and clean for all residents and report changes in condition to supervisor.

What we need from you: MUST WORK A WEEKEND DAY

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
