Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to assist residents with daily living activities in our California community. You will help with meals, grooming, mobility, and personal care as outlined in each resident's plan.

Formación

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, meals, laundry and personal care per care plan.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Criminal record clearance and health screenings (TB, drug test) required before starting.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, transfers and mobility as outlined in the resident plan.
• Serve meals and support residents during daily activities while promoting dignity.
• Monitor residents for safety and report adverse changes to staff.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
