Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy programs and drive excellent patient care. You will oversee operations, partner relationships, and compliance across initiatives, with strong leadership and project management to deliver high-touch service.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active US pharmacist license.
4+ years in high-volume pharmacy and 2+ years in leadership.
Multistate licensure and partnership management experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

Program Management: develop and manage pharmacy programs while aligning with partner and regulatory goals.
Operational Oversight: supervise daily execution of programs, schedule staff, track performance and defects.
Compliance: ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Team Leadership: mentor and develop pharmacists and/or technicians in a high-performing team.
Quality Assurance: create rubrics and monitoring programs to maintain patient safety and care quality.
Process Improvement: identify and implement efficiency improvements and scale initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet objectives.
Escalation Management: provide hands-on support to resolve program-related escalations.
