Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise daily execution of programs, including workflow, scheduling, and defect tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Provide escalation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and program outcomes.
